Devon/London

I work with senior leaders who are feeling stuck but lacking the headspace (and sometimes confidence) to begin to explore what’s next for them. Typically, people I work with have been working for 20-30 years and have steadily built a respected and successful career. As they approach their fifties, they are beginning to wonder what’s next for them. They know they want and need a change but are not clear on what that change might look like.

I create space – both through 1-2-1 career coaching and through group coaching programmes – for individuals to begin to explore their strengths, relevant considerations (such as finances) and their purpose and values so that they can move into the next phase of their life and career with confidence, clarity and an open and more playful approach.

I draw on my own lived experience of making a significant career transition in my late 40s, moving away from a successful career as a charity CEO into a life that mixes self-employment with paid and non-executive roles within higher education.

My approach is warm, inclusive, straight talking and generous. I often provide useful resources, tools and frameworks that help clients make progress between sessions. I'm always happy to arrange a call to discuss whether I might be the right fit for you.
