Olivia Graham

London

As an executive coach and business psychologist, I specialise in supporting individuals through pivotal career transitions—whether moving to a new role, entering a different sector, or discovering an entirely new career path. My approach centres on empowering clients to excel and thrive by helping them clarify their values and align these with their career choices, enabling them to find work that is both fulfilling and purpose-driven.

My coaching style is honest, supportive, and pragmatic, focused on fostering self-awareness to help clients realise their full potential. Combining support, encouragement, and “tough love” with humour, I create a safe environment where clients feel able to explore and step beyond their comfort zones.   By encouraging deep reflection and evaluating behaviour strategically, clients gain a clear understanding of how their actions impact their effectiveness and align with their goals.  As a result, many describe our sessions as life-changing, with outcomes that extend far beyond their careers.

With over two decades of experience as a certified Business Psychologist and Master Coach, I draw on a wide range of theories and practical strategies, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. This provides them with the tools and insights needed to address leadership challenges and foster personal development.

Another key area of my expertise is "Power Hour" coaching—an impactful, results-focused intervention for individuals kept awake at night by a specific dilemma or obstacle.  In just one hour, clients move from feeling overwhelmed to gaining a fresh perspective, clarifying their thinking, and unlocking the insights needed to identify potential solutions. By the end of the session, clients feel re-energised, confident, and ready to tackle their challenges.

USA and beyond!

I support amazing people looking to discover a new career, or to thrive in the work they already do. We accomplish this together with humor and exploration, through a zoom lens focused on your long term-fulfillment. I have a particular passion for working with late career professionals wanting to bring their work identity into retirement through a career transition. Based in Houston, Texas and working with clients throughout the US, I welcome all clients pondering, “What’s next for me?” including those who identify as LGBTQ+.

Prior to launching my coaching practice, I gained senior-level corporate Learning & Development and Human Resources experience over 25 years, including roles coaching experienced and emerging leaders, and leading the recruiting function. Years ago, colleagues and friends began asking for support from their “HR friend” to plan their career transitions. In the process, I learned that I have a deep passion for helping someone build a road to an exciting new career and/or achieve more fulfillment in their current role. I would welcome the opportunity to support you. My coaching style incorporates exploration, humor, and most importantly, a real drive toward outcomes.

I approach conversations about “career” from a broad perspective, beyond skills and interests. (Hello, Firework Coaching framework!) I have several additional tricks up my sleeve including the Myers-Briggs Master Practitioner Credential, proficiency in interpreting the Strong Interest Inventory, and Hogan Assessments Certification. In preparation to support you, I completed a MS in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and additional graduate studies in Executive & Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. I look forward to learning about what you’d like to accomplish.

I create an environment that is supportive and non-judgemental. As your coach I provide a safe space for you to explore things openly and honestly and discover what truly motivates you. I help you think creatively about your career and enable you to find new insights and perspectives.

Graham Cavan

Hello! I am a professional accredited Executive, Career and Behavioural Change Coach and Business Mentor with over 30 years leadership experience in coaching and mentoring global transformation leaders and teams within FTSE 100 companies to achieve successful outcomes.

My coaching approach is focussed on collaborating with you as a thinking partner in a creative space, that enables you to explore, dream big and achieve your career transition ambitions.

When working together, we spend time capturing the initial goals for our coaching collaboration, before starting to explore the reality of your current unique situation including potential challenges that may need to be overcome. From there, we work together to develop a customised coaching plan that is tailored to your specific requirements.

We would then dig deep, with a bold and curious mindset, to uncover potential options and strategies to achieve these goals before mapping out a roadmap of next steps to deliver a successful outcome.

Throughout the coaching process, I focus on helping you develop the skills, behaviours, and knowledge you need to succeed. This involves helping you to identify areas for personal growth, and providing guidance and support as you work to improve in these areas.

I believe it is important for a coach to encourage, challenge, share observations and provide feedback when necessary to support your personal accountability. This means we regularly review your progress throughout the coaching process and can pivot direction where and when required. In addition, I aim to help you to leverage your strengths and build on your successes, so that you can continue to grow and achieve your goals over time.
I am totally committed to helping you with the tools and support you require to achieve your full potential.

Paulo Alves

Strasbourg, Bas-Rhin, France

I've got a knack for working with passionate individuals who've lost that career spark. I get it—when your work loses its charm, it's easy to feel adrift and unsure of your next move. Having myself experienced career changes across countries, I'll support you in navigating these uncharted waters.

My coaching style? Picture it as a structured journey, but with a sprinkle of lightness and fun. I carve out a safe, non-judgmental space where we can casually dive into reflections about your career desires, capabilities, and what truly motivates you. I'm here to listen, and because I'm deeply curious, together we'll unravel the puzzle through discussions. I'll bring my unique perspective, shedding light on aspects you might miss, and nudging you to look in different directions.

Sessions mostly happen online, but if you're around Strasbourg, we can meet in person. I can do the sessions in English, French or Portuguese.
