Monika Larini

Estonia (face to face coaching) and worldwide clients online

Many encourage people to step out of their comfort zone. I rather believe that people should make unknown situations more pleasant and interesting by expanding the boundaries of their present world.

It is indeed a matter of point of view: a career coach helps you find different perspectives on your work life that allow you to transform your initial conundrum into new inspiring beginnings, choose concrete actions amidst an overwhelming range of possibilities, and let your initial fear of the unknown turn into curiosity about what you will soon discover.

My coaching style has developed through the interaction between professional academic education and working in predominantly creative environments.

As a coach, I can be more supportive of those who see work as self-fulfilment and a strong part of their personal identity than just a way of earning a living.

My personal career experience also helps me to be a more sensitive supporter to people who are moving towards a career change, no matter whether it is deliberately planned or due to external factors and often unexpected.

Ella Clark

Cornwall

I coach people who are at a career turning point and looking for what to do next. I will help you find what type of work lights you up, and help you plan to get the rights skills and confidence to get there. To really love your life, and the work that you do.

Anne Gelebart

Amsterdam

I help individuals who want a successful and fulfilling career whilst having time for their family and friends (Professionals looking for a meaningful career or for their next step, Professionals looking for a better work life balance, Trailing spouse looking for a career change or looking for a job).

I am an empathetic & open-minded coach, and I can sometimes be confronting. My coachees say they came out with practical lifetime tools to help them move forward, they also feel that their focus has increased and that their self-awareness has grown tremendously. This has often resulted in a promotion or a visible impact on their peers’ interactions.

Marina Burton

London and Surrey

I believe everyone deserves to find their 'why' in life. I work with passionate, young professionals predominantly in their 20's and 30's to help them find fulfilling, meaningful work. This can mean helping you navigate a career change, developing your existing role, starting your own business or anything in between.

I offer a structured and comprehensive approach, enabling clients to understand what they want from their careers, what they're capable of, and an explorative process to discover new career pathways. We would typically work together over three to six months depending on the pace you feel comfortable with. I also offer bespoke programmes starting from six weeks.

Sessions typically take place online, but I also work face to face in the London & Surrey area.

My coaching style is warm, positive and pragmatic. So wherever you are in your career right now, I can help you develop the strength, strategies and self-belief to succeed.

Monica Mundo

UK London and Italy

I work with professionals in their 30s – 40s who are currently going through a career change, promotion or recently relocated.

Usually people start their career in their early twenties and think that they will remain on the same path for all of their life, progressing and achieving always higher goals.

Discovering the desire to change career, might lead to deep feelings of loss and demotivation, self-doubt, fears and identity issues.

My experience of living and working in corporate London means I fully understand the context of my client’s challenges; beside my coaching qualification I'm also a qualified Strengths Practitioner and I provide sessions solely based on career development.

A career change could mean anything from starting a new job, completely changing sector, becoming an entrepreneur and setting up a business, or simply discovering the concept of a portfolio career and intrapreneurship and adjusting your career accordingly.

My skills as a Life Coach are regularly incorporated into career coaching, because often, the path to success goes deeper than professional achievements. I always create a collaborative, non-judgmental and safe space, which I have found to be the best environment to support for success.

Mercedes Sancho

Madrid, Spain
